Brief

Having recently rebranded LMA we were tasked to extend the new brand identity and visual language to an animation that would be used in marketing communications to promote a new online learning facility, ‘Virtual Academy’, for LMA’s members.

Design

The image language used within the rebrand was photographic – stylised cut out objects on a dark background. The animation needed a new language to communicate more conceptual ideas. We therefore developed an illustrative style that worked on a dark background and employed the red and white theme used in the photographic language of the rebrand.

Create

Having completed the storyboard we continued with development of the animation, narration and screen recording, bringing together these elements to create a communication that can be watched, read or simply listened to.

Outcome

The animation has been used in a number of LMA communications and on their website to launch this new initiative. It has extended the visual language of the brand and increased the reach and accessibility of the ongoing communications that promote the LMA Virtual Academy.

“We engaged with Paul and his team at Cohesion to deliver an end-to-end marketing campaign for our new training service. Not only is the team extremely efficient in regards to delivery, but they also provide a good balance of valuable expertise, critique and solutions. We walked away with a professional, slick, well-received end-product. I would recommend Cohesion and look forward to working with them again.”
